About Statewide HVAC

This website is operated by Statewide HVAC, a residential and light-commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor based in Roseville, California. We are a CSLB-licensed California contractor (License #1023360), classifications C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning) and C-43 (Sheet Metal). You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov.

Service requests, estimates, and appointments

Submitting a request on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A Statewide HVAC representative will follow up to confirm availability, scope, and scheduling.

Any pricing you see on this website — in a cost calculator, a service page, or elsewhere — is a general market range intended to help you plan. It is not a quote. A written estimate for your specific home or building is prepared only after a technician has diagnosed the system and reviewed the site.

Communications

If you provide a phone number or email address, you agree that Statewide HVAC may contact you at that phone number (including by voice call or text message) and that email address regarding your request, scheduling, and the service we provide. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Reply STOP to opt out of future texts; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Website content

We try to keep information on this website accurate — service descriptions, climate and permit notes, documented project write-ups — but code, equipment, warranty terms, and local regulations change. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for a signed written agreement with Statewide HVAC or guidance from your local building department.

Documented projects on this site are sourced from our own Instagram feed and shown as evidence of real work completed. Manufacturer and brand names (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Mitsubishi Electric, York) indicate equipment we service and install. They are not claims of sponsorship, endorsement, or formal partnership unless we explicitly state otherwise on a dedicated page (for example, our Goodman dealer page).

Warranty disclosures

Equipment warranties — including the 10-year parts limited warranty referenced on our Goodman dealer page — are published and administered by the manufacturer. They are not warranties from Statewide HVAC. Our workmanship, when provided, is covered under the written agreement for your specific job and the terms of that agreement.

Third-party sites

We link to third-party websites (for example, the CSLB license-verification tool and manufacturer brand pages). We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Limitations

This website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Statewide HVACis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this website or the services we provide will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Placer or Sacramento County, California.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date.
